1. Marco Corradi (President and Coordinator)
Since 2005, he is president of ACER Reggio Emilia and he is also coordinator, since 2009, of all the ACER of the Emilia Romagna Region. He is member of Federcasa (National federation of public social housing organizations), for which he acts as delegate in Housing Europe (European Federation of Public, Cooperative & Social Housing – a network of 45 national and regional federations, which together gather about 41,400 public, voluntary and cooperative housing providers in 19 countries, managing altogether over 26 million homes, about 12% of existing dwellings in the EU). In 2008, he joins the “Energy Expert Network”, the permanent working group within Housing Europe which is dedicated to the promotion of energy efficiency and sustainability issues on the European housing sector . From 2010 to 2014, He was the chairman of this group and became member of the Housing Europe Board of Directors, promoting research activities, wide spreading of best practices and supporting lobby activities in network countries through projects and national platforms aiming at developing the green economy in the real estate sector and in social housing. Mr. Corradi is recognized as expert in energy efficiency matters in the building sector and has been invited in different national and international conferences.

2. Emilia Iori (General Manager)
She is general manager of Acer Reggio Emilia since last year. She is business consultant and fiscal expert (graduated at University of Parma e specialized at University of Modena). She has been working at Acer since 2007, first as head of the accounting Office, then as co-director. During her previous experiences she had been professional in pooled accounts and had worked for companies in business activities, fiscal systems and legal practices.
3. Ercole Finocchietti (Head of Design Department)
He is a civil engineer (1987, University of Bologna) and since 1991, he is working at ACER Parma as head of the Design department and is managing the design of all HVAC plants. In the course of his professional experience, he participated in different study groups regarding the definition of housing standards and regulatory requirements for the housing sector and has obtained numerous qualifications in the field of energy and environment.
4. Maurizio Biondini (Design Technical Specialist)
He is a civil engineer (1998, University of l’Aquila) and since 2005 he is working at ACER Reggio in the Design department and is in charge of the certification of new and retrofitted social housing projects. From 2002 to 2005, He worked in the technical department of the Reggio Emilia province
5. Nicola Scialoia (Technical Specialist)
He is a civil engineer, graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the University Federico II of Naples. Since 2004 he is employee of the ACER Reggio Emilia, member of the design office, exerts a role of technical specialist in the field of drafting of economic feasibility studies of construction projects, of design and construction management, specifically new construction and renovation of buildings for civilian housing to residential destination, he is also a specialist in structural and safety on construction sites.
6. Gennaro Detta (HVAC System Designer)
She took her law degree in 2000 at the Parma University; during her working experiences, she has particularly gone into laws about public procurements and their continuous progresses. She has worked for ACER Reggio Emilia since 2007 and she is running ACER Contract Office since 2012. In this context she has joined working groups in several European Projects, working especially in administrative matters and reporting

She took her law degree in 2000 at the Parma University; during her working experiences, she has particularly gone into laws about public procurements and their continuous progresses.
